職責描述

'- Support in the areas of cost accounting and profitability analysis for one or more entities assigned and support local finance and controlling units in both areas.

- Manage the maintaining and posting processes in cost accounting to provide an accurate and timely picture of the overhead cost situation as basis for controlling analysis and business decisions.

- Maintain cost accounting master data considering all relevant global guidelines and integrity constraints to establish a valid set of cost centers, internal orders and projects. Tasks also include managing master data related requests via mailbox, and MDG-F tool, including system transfer price updates, reports and troubleshooting.

- Handle period end closing procedures (monthly, quarterly, yearly) by preparing and analyzing the P&L and providing reports as specified in line with international standards and guidelines. Timely report the Sales and P&L Report.

- Leverage your expertise to constantly seek out better ways of performing processes, to contribute to process excellence initiatives, to support operational performance reporting activities. Work and collaborate well with local entity finance in resolving issues pertaining to the process

 任職需求

'- Bachelors degree holder in finance, accounting or related field required

- Master’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or ACCA/CPA accreditation preferred (but not required, optional)

- At least 2 or 3 years of experience in Management Accounting or Cost Accounting Operations

- Profound accounting knowledge required (IFRS, GAAP, Tax)

- Experience within a Shared Services Center preferred

- Experience with SAP or other ERP system required

- Fluent English language skills required and language skills in Mandarin C
