　　iShade是一個免費的會計專業網站，它已經從Computime股票風險投資公司獲取一筆數額不詳的投資。

iShade.com,a free online network for the accounting profession,has secured an undisclosed amount of funding from Computime Equity Ventures.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.Currently in beta testing,the site is scheduled to launch on May 24 and promises to provide a portal for the accounting profession.

"We’ve created a comprehensive ‘professional ecosystem’ for those in and around the accounting profession and are excited to see the site come to life,"said iShade CEO Jeffrey Pawlow in a statement."iShade will provide a platform for those in the accounting profession to interact,collaborate,network,share,research and learn."

Computime believes the new site has potential to achieve profitability."We are always looking to add companies to our investment portfolio that show significant prospects for growth and profitability,"said Computime CEO Joshua Levey."iShade really fills a space at the convergence of the emerging fields of SaaS,niched-based social and professional networks,and online continuing education.It represents exactly what we look for in terms of our investment philosophy."
