1. Support, for new projects ,the Project Manager in setting up the Cost Control System, in preparing the Execution Budget and the Job Order Entry document.
2. Check, on a monthly basis, the progress of financials of the projects (in terms of actual and committed costs) and, based on the physical progress status of the job and considering the updated time
3. Schedule to completion, the risk and opportunities, the technical performance aspects of the project.
4. Support the Project Manager in updating the forecast to completion about costs, billing, cash-in, guarantees, hedges.
5. Keep under control the correct implementation of Letters of credit, Bank guarantees, hedges and other financial instruments with reference to the contractual requirements.
6. Visit, if necessary, the erection sites, in order to better accomplish these tasks.
7. Enter and maintain project budgets/forecasts/actuals in ERP(SAP) system.
8. Draw up the Project Control Internal Reports whose contents are shared and approved by the Project Manager and updated in the system, as a result of his monthly activities, according to Project Control Procedure.
9. Update the Project lifespan Forecast, on a quarterly basis, together with the Project Manager, and interact with the controlling area for budget and quarterly forecasts preparation.
10. Evaluate the project status and foresee the potential over-cost item to make sure highlight to PM and assess project Gross profit ratio.
11. Other works assigned by Finance manager.

1. Education is in the finance professional, familiar with SAP System, and word. Xls working Tools
2. Strong logical thinking ability, independent analysis and judgment ability, good at cross-departmental communication and collaboration
3. Mining industry background is preferable.
4. ACCA priority.
